I had a periodic inspection and test carried out today by a member of the national association of professional inspectors.
He found that the property requires some rewiring and RCD protection for the shower.
The builders who are working in the property will be delayed by a about one week if I wait for the electrician that did the inspection to carry out the required work.
If I get another electrician who is niceic approved to do this work and then get him to issue a certificate just for the work that he has carried out would this be acceptable or would I require a further visit from the guy that carried out the inspection today?
