CAn we add an addendum on a depositguard AST to state that we would like to rent out the property for 12 months but after 6 the tenant has the right to give us 2 months notice and vice versa, when we first rented out our property using an agents they had this break clause and we want to put in into our new AST for our new tenants if we can.
