My latest tenant moved in on Nov 8th last year. I wrote to him last week suggesting that I pay him a visit, since we have never met before, and also so that I can check the heating system, which he claims is not working properly. An engineer was sent to in to solve the problem, which was according to the engineer done successfully. Anyway, my tenant has not replied. I could call him, but I guess having things in writing is best? Shall I write again suggesting a definite date via a recorded letter?

Boring, boring I know all too well!
