1. If the tenant lives without a tenancy agreement and subsequently a tenancy agreement is out in place, will the fact that the tenant has been living in the property without a tenancy agreement have any barring with regards to the effectiveness/validity of the tenancy agreement.

2. When a tenancy agreement comes to an end on a particular day, until what time the tenants the right over the property.

3. When a tenancy agreement starts on a particular day, until what time the tenants the right over the property.
