I own three new build apartments in a managed block. ( 2 yeras old) I understand that the insurance is covered by the management company and so is the fire safety procedure.
As a landlord is it my duty to ensure that all of my properties have fire extinguishers and fire blankets and annual fire checks as well.
I have the gas boilers serviced every year and they all have a certificate to prove it has been done but I am a bit grey in this area.
Thanks to anyone who may answer.
