Does our Ltd management company need to register with the new scheme as all its members are the 6 flat owners who each have equal shares of the freehold. I am one of the directors and get paid between £5 and £10 per visit for time and expenses when checking out the building and arranging for any work to be done the other director is also paid the same for any clerical work she does, ie preparing the accounts. These amounts are minimal as it is in our interest to keep the property in good condition and we are not on any set income only as and when things need sorting.
