Fixflo - any good?

Just read about Fixflo software for reporting repairs in RLA monthly mag. They allow the owners a long self congratualatory advertisement without any scrutiny from the landlord's point of view. Looking at their website it looks to me like an expensive tool for helping letting agencies proove they are trying to do something when they come under fire about repairs from both landlords and tenants. But I can't see what use it would be to the active hands on landlord.
Anyone tried it?
