2nd question tonight - perhaps I may join - Question - With the RLA tennant credit checks(10.00) do the RLA give a recommendtion whether it is safe or unsafe to let to the tennant concerned or is it up to the landlord to read the report and decide for themself? Is this a sufficent check or do I need a more detailed check on perspective tennant like the homelet or letsure check??
