My HB tenant has just had her HB stopped because of work circumstances, I have now issued her a letter explaining she now has to pay from when the HB stopped,.

she informs me that she cant pay and is re applying etc and the council will continue to pay (I doubt this very much).

obliviously I just cant sit back and wait to see if the council will pay or not....where do I go from here?
