I am hoping to purchase two BTL flats on the Isle of Wight in the near future. I have a fixed criteria and have short listed from Rightmove five suitable properties. I cannot view three of them for the following separate reasons

Estate Agent 1) "can't find the keys but will let me know if they find them"
Estate Agent 2) "Tenant convalescing from appendix operation and will let us know when it is convenient"
Estate Agent 3) no response whatsoever to my requests to view.

In each case I believe that I can identify the landlord with a bit of detective work, do readers think that contacting him directly would be wrong?
