I have a integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher. I have had to replace the fridge freezer recently and add a clause into the contract that the tenant was responisble to maintain them, to which he agreed. The contract is due for renewal and this time he is not willing to agree to the same. Do i have the right to remove the items as they will only cost me to replace them in the future.
