My tenants are more than two months in arrears and have just under two months left on their 6 month agreement. Can I serve a Section 8 and Section 21 notice so I am assured repossession within two months? Or if I just serve a Section 8 notice will I automatically gain possession at the end of the tenancy even if a court case for rent arrears and possession is still ongoing.
