Hi all and welcome to the Den (Name can be changed).

This area of the RLA forum can only be viewed by exisitng RLA staff, the access of which can be managed directly from HGBook.

The idea behind this private area within the forum is to provide a tool we can use to discuss ideas, discuss projects on an ongoing basis, to provide communications for everyone in the RLA and where we haven't been able to do before, include the board and other external contractors (RPI, PaCo, etc) to join in.

Thought will have to be made regarding permissions because as it stands, all staff can see all rooms within the Den and we may want to have some rooms viewable by only those who need to see them.

There will no doubt be functionality we would like that is not yet available, which can be discussed, but these can be discussed in here as its use will steer its development.

Benefits:

- Suggestions/thoughts on its use could also benefit members on their use of the forums too.
- You get notifications on discussions you are involved with (email or via myRLA notifications).
- You will be using a mechanic that many members use and it will get some people using the website more than ever before.
- Brings the board in on internal communications.
- Simplyfies internal comms - no broken email trails.
- Should help take a lot of communications away from Outlook - a welcome move I'm sure we can all appreciate.
- You can put a pretty profile picture up - like mine.

Let's have some thoughts, ideas, views.

Thanks,

John
