New Service: 6th Jan 2015: Landlord Vision

We will be launching a new Landlord Vision service, in association with Amer @ Property Portfolio Software, from Tuesday 6th January 2015.

When we have completed our web pages, we will include a link for you to see it.

Members will be able to access a co-branded Landlord Vision solution for FREE for up to 5 tenancies and that package will include their legal documents section (normally an upgrade option).

As they will get the service Their website will check an API link on the RLA server to ensure when a member logs in, that the membership is still active. This will be each time they log in, so we will not experience the lock out problems that exist with the current RLA LPM.

Anyone wanting to use the service for more than 5 tenancies will get a 10% discount off the base prices.

Existing RLA LPM users will be given a facility to export their data from the LPM to the new Landlord Vision solution.

The system, API aad marketing plan are being formed at the moment and will be in place before Christmas.
We will most likely make the service live on Friday 2nd January and monitor any organic use before launching the marketing from Tuesday 6th January.
