My tenant has contacted me as another new tenant in the block has been very aggressive and threatening toward her. He has three cars and has been parking in front of her garage and also complained that she has parked on a piece of land that he could have parked on (not his) and stated that she should park on her garden area.
She has contacted me for support. Is there anything I should or could do? He is not my tenant.
