I have a tenant in my property who moved in on the 12 June for a initial six months period. However, she is supposed to pay me £100/week, but to date I have only received £600. As her tenancy is nearing its end date and she is makeing no efforts to pay her rent, I would like to knoepw how I would go about evicting her. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
