Do you know of any cases of landlords seeking a judicial review for the DWP refusing to institute a managed payment. If so what was the outcome. I am considering doing so and would need to do so by Wednesday 15th April.

I am applying on 2 grounds
1) First they said no because of 3 grounds. none were relevant.
2) Then they delayed giving me a decision and then said they couldn't process my request because the tenant had moved out. when actually I had applied while the tenant was still in the property.

Lodged a complaint today with the parliamentary ombudsman today.

Kind regards
Santosh
