There is deliberate damage almost certainly caused by a 3rd party (eg boyfriend, visitor)
Tenant is contractually due to pay but refuses to even discuss. How do I word this to the guarantor ? There is damage to x y and z , here is the bill/confirmation/estimate.
She will not pay will you? Something like that
