Hello everyone

I am looking to release some equity from one of my flats and this one is in a great location, gated development and has a really nice tenant. We had it for more than 10 years and the current tenant has been living since 2015, he works full time and a really nice guy. I would not have decided to sell if I could release cash needed in some other way. And it would be a shame to lose him as he is one of the best tenants in comparison to other properties. Hoping to sell to an investor so that he can stay however letting agents are saying that many investors are sitting tight at present.

Any advice as to how best to release cash or sell. The tenant unfortunately is not looking to buy as might relocate after Brexit. TIA:)
