Like previous posts I have doubts over any tenant that can just up and go overseas. Even with a UK based guarantor they can still hop it . Moreover I have met a couple and am concerned they have very little English to perform their nursing role. They are planning to arrive alone and then partner and child to arrive later.
What other questions do I need to ask? The agent seems to be in a great hurry
