BRR spreadsheet using Bridging Finance

Hello everyone,
I hope that this message finds everyone well.

I have a spreadsheet that I use to calculate my ROI on a property investment where the financing of the property is done by a BTL mortgage. The calculation then shows the property being refinanced a few months later.

Would anybody have something similar but where bridging is used initially that they would kindly share?
