Address sharing Manchester City Council

I have several licensed HMO properties with Manchester City Council. The council keep sharing my home address and I am receiving at least 5 letters a week from various agencies wanting to buy them all arriving at my home address. The most recent was a hand written letter from a lady who admitted that the council had passed on my home address to her. This is very concerning and surely against GDPR etc? What can I do?
