Lewisham Council will be introducing an additional license scheme:
"HMO with 3 or more people regardless of the nature of the property." (to be implemented in 2021).
Does this require the same upgrade in safety standards as a house with 5-households?
i.e. Would I be required to fit fire doors, PAT test appliances, emergency lighting, fire risk assessment, etc?
At this time I have a 4-bed 2 story house with 4-individuals (friends) on one AST living together?
