Hello. I am a shareholder (member) in the company that owns the freehold in a block of apartments. I am the leaseholder of an apartment in that block. I have a dispute with the company, and with the managing agent appointed by the company, relating to failure to maintain. I believe that the agent has, on behalf of the company, been withholding information from me. As a shareholder, do I have a right to demand information (such as the results of surveys, correspondence, etc) about the property from the managing agent ? Thanks in advance !
