Hi Everyone,

I have been investing in properties since 2014 and currently, I am preparing a Business Transformation Project for my Master Business of Administration � MBA studies at Middlesex University. The subject of my project is: The future of the private rental sector (PRS) in England from landlords� perspective

I am looking for feedback from landlords regarding legal and tax changes which have been implemented after 2010 and have an impact on private rental sector in England. The main objective of the project is to gather and analyze data in order to present key findings, conclusion and possible recommendation. The survey is anonymous and contain 16 questions which will help me to understand better what is landlord�s perspective on implemented changes and what are key factors which may influence their future presence on the market.
