For a HMO license in a residential 3 bed house for up to 5 people. I have been asked to provide a number of items however for the following, I would appreciate some assistance:
1. AFD (Automated Fire Detection) maintenance agreement - is this the same as a interlinked smoke alarm in each room , corridor with heat sensor in Kitchen or something else, if so please advise.
2. Electrical installation report - is the same as the EICR certificate
3. Fire alarm maintenance certificate- May Landlord complete this form (from NRLA website) or someone else more qualified?
