Please advise on what to do.

We are in the process of renewing a tenancy and the tenants advised that they would like to remove their guarantors.

They have been in the house for 18months.

They advised that their guarantors are no longer in a position to stay as guarantors.

Below is part of the message from the tenants:

"We like the house and found you guys to be great with the maintenance an such so dont want to move on"

"We are happy to change things such as if the landlord wants more for deposit than that's fine we are open to options "

Please what do you advise in this situation?

Thanks a lot
