Informing Universal Credit my tenant has vacated the property

Hi. I have a tenant for whom I have been receiving universal credit. the tenant has been receiving a direct payment of rent. the tenant has vacated the property without notice, and has failed to inform UC that they have moved. I need to infornm UC so I dont receive further payments. How do I inform UC. in writing?
