I am struggling to find article 4 areas/maps that tell me which areas fall under article 4 for planning permission to operate a HMO. I've tried to use council websites to find such information but it is proving to be challenging. Any advice and help on how to find Article 4 areas in places such as northampton, bedford or peterborough?
