I have just wasted an hour of my life going through the NRLA webinar from 29September where Diamond Estates are given the stage to present their model to offer us "Simple solution to achieving 7 years consistent rent and guaranteed capital growth".
It certainly is not simple and questionable as to whether it really offers any solution. I am unable to see how this model gives consistency of rent and I would love to know who is offering to GUARANTEE the capital growth they imagine.
Has anyone else seen this thing before I point out what I think are the most obvious flaws in this scheme?
