Are the fire safety requirements for an additional HMO license as detailed as those for a full HMO? I've applied and been given one, but it came with many conditions, even though I thought I'd read everything the council had published, followed everything they told me and had a professional company in to do the fire risk assessment and they said what I had in place was fine. Obviously I'd want to ensure my property is as safe as possible, just concerned that I may have missed something
