Hi All. You've helped me out before and you sparked an interest in me. I own a property, I've rented it out for about 20 years. I move around a lot with work. I always go with Full Management..... I now want to leave current management co. They are aware. If I branch out on my own, what should I consider? I know I need advertising and vetting. I know that I need rent collection ... and I know that I want property inspection reports, regulations and requirements
of course............... what else, guys?

Also, can I ask here if anyone knows a good property guy.... from odd jobs to bathroom and kitchen renewals, in Kent?
