Hi, my tenant has been good for the last 15 months but due to various personal reasons is now (for the 3rd month) very late with his rent payment.
The STTA (from your web site) runs out on the 10th Jan 2022. I am minded not to renew this and ask him to leave.
Do I have to provide a full 2 months notice (as I am 9 days late for this) or can I ask him to go on the 10th Jan?
