I have a 5 bedroom HMO, run successfully for 10 years, that I now wish to sell.
Is it better to keep it licensed and transfer license to new owner, or will they have to get a new license anyway? Also, are there any specialist routes to sell as ‘a going concern’, as I have excellent tenants and don’t want to cause them any disruption if it can be avoided. I could put it on open market as a normal house sale, as it is a lovely family home.
