Hi Last year I purchased a btl. The property required a full rewire. I assumed this is considered an improvement and so did not add to my expenses. However, I am not too sure now. Is a full rewire allowable expense? I also replaced the bathroom (cheap and very basic as the old bathroom was extremely outdated). Is this considered an improvement. If not, is it too late to claim?
