Evening All,

I'm currently having a dispute with my tenants over the check-in report. Originally the letting agent never forwarded me a copy of the inventory report back in in 2019 when the tenants initially moved in. Now the tenant has moved out I'm having to review the report and make deductions accordingly. Since the report was produced on the 07/11/2019 the tenant made 13 observations to the check-in report (not to my knowledge). The observations and amendments were made five days after the check-out report was conducted but this report was never acknowledged or signed by me.

Where do I stand with the 13 observations and amendments (its the tenants opinion, not the clerk) from the tenant after the report was done and not acknowledged or signed by me as the landlord?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Joe
