Tracing - is it worth it? Guarantor or Tenant for small claims?

Hello all

Tenant moved out, no forwarding address. Guarantor owns home. Rent arrears, damage and eviction costs to be issued by money claim.

  1. Does anyone have any experience of using tracing agents for tenant?

  1. Is it even worth tracing the tenant, or just go after the guarantor or claim against both?
  2. Has anyone included in the particulars of claim a request to transfer to high court?
