My tenant is meant to be leaving 11 December I gave her notice which ended in August. She could not go so she gave me notice to go 11 December. She not there now but came back last Saturday to clean, she has said she is not painting the walls and the carpet won't clean as her cleaner left it half done. Where do I stand regarding getting it back to very good condition and where do I stand regarding entry and getting keys back. I have a list of potential tenants in wait
Can I give notice to enter now or wait
