I have a tenant that's left after 12 months and I believe left quite a bit of damage for the length of his tenancy. damage to door (looks like punch mark) damage to floor, looks like vanish was stripped in random areas of the flat, like chemical spills?, bulbs taken out so £25 to replace these, kitchen draw browken due to putting heavy pots and pans in it, bedroom draw unit - although old was in perfect condition before and matched fitted wardrove, candle stains all over it. I'd like advice on how to calculate deductions from his deposit please
