The article sent in your email yesterday said "The Government recently announced a £65 million fund to cover rent arrears built during the pandemic in England". Our tenants stopped paying their rent, then finally left, owing us £8,950 in unpaid rent, nearly all of which arose during the Covid pandemic. This has caused us considerable financial distress. Can you please advise how we can benefit from the new Fund to recover what is owed to us, as the tenants subsequently left without leaving a forwarding address?
