I have asked my letting agent for a copy off the Right to Rent check there carryout on my tenant. The letting agent work on a letting only service. I now full manage the property I have sent them a copy of my GDPR certificate. The Agent reply: We cannot provide you with document as these are covered by GDPR and date protection rules.
