I want to give my tenant a lower rate on things to come off deposit as they have been a good tenant. Unfortunately, they have caused accidental damage which is going to cost over £300 in labour alone.
How can I offer this without causing problems for myself if they decided to dispute it? If they do dispute it, then I want to put in for the full amount.
