Hi,
Wanted to know if anyone else is having difficulties with managing Emergency/Temporary Accommodation offered to local authorities, specifically in London where the rates have been capped for several years now. Running costs have continued to rise, especially last few months, and it has been much harder to manage. Is anyone else affected by this and does anyone know if there is a push to make changes and increase rates?
Thank you in advance
