Has anybody got any experience in selling a lettings business?
I have a very successful lettings business with over 100 managed properties. I'm looking to retire in the not too distant future and was wondering if anybody had any advice on how to go about selling up.
Realistically, I can't work forever even though I love what I do I need to be looking to the future.
