Lewisham Council in April 2022 will require all properties with 3 or more households to have a additional HMO licence.
Can you advise as to the right landlords accreditation course recognised by the London Borough of Lewisham as I believe they give discount on accredited landlords?
On other point, it seem as though there are no requirements for fire doors or fire escape lights, or is this a standard requirement?
The house is a terrace 2-storey 3-bed Victorian with 4 individuals sharing (not bedsits)?
Thanks in advance
