Hi, what are we legally allowed to insist on seeing when trying to agree a payment plan. Got a tenant that is in arrears hovering around the 2 month mark but not above long enough. are we able to insist on bank statements to see if she is deliberately withholding or can a tenant refuse? We are an agent.
