what deposit protection scheme for tenant without mobile or email?

I am about to let a flat to a person in their late 70s who has neither an email address nor mobile phone. I have used DPS for deposits in the past, but the form asks me to add the tenants' email and mobile! I'm not sure what to do. Any advice on other companies to use for deposit protection, or how to solve this when using DPS? Thanks a lot
