Hi, we had a tenant leave the property but they did not tell us, we had been chasing for the rent since the 1st but had no contact until we had a short reply from them letting us know the room was vacant. We have now spoken to them on the phone and they stated they are not returning, ask confirmed that they need to send us written notice of them leaving and we will be sending an invoice for the remaining money owed to us but are still waiting for them to send written confirmation that he is ending the tenancy. If they do not send payment for the monies owed, what would be the next step we should take to ensure we are paid?
