Hi,
I understand from speaking with somebody on your Landlord Advice Team a couple of weeks ago that once an application for an HMO licence has been submitted, its ok to let the property. This is the position I'm currently in and would please like to receive written confirmation of this, e.g. is there perhaps a government website page that confirms this?
