Hi, I own a flat in a block for which I pay maintenance fees, ground rent and insurance. The insurance has recently increased substantially. I am aware that it is possible to create a Right to Manage company with the consent of 50% (?) of owners. My question is, is the current management company legally obliged to provide me with contact details for other owners, or to contact them on my behalf? Thank you
